A collaborative project with a builder/owner client that resulted in a wonderfully deceptive exterior that kept this sizable home from visually dominating the outdoor space while providing a spacious interior. Paying close attention to people-scaled detailing allowed the First Floor layout and steep roof elements to maintain a quaint, cottage charm and allow for all the living environments the client requested.
