Blueberry Hill Cohousing is a community adjacent to Potomac Vegetable Farms, one of Fairfax County’s oldest and largest organic farm. It features elements that were, and 20 years later still are, at the forefront of sustainable design: a protected natural stream, a permeable yet driveable grass paver ‘street’ to provide a safe and functional green area winding thru the community, geothermal heat pumps, wet blown cellulose insulation and a design that promotes healthy community interaction on a daily basis for the residents.
